Bizarre Circus
Manolo Bakes, known for its irresistible Manolitos and Palmitas, has decided to break with the norm for Halloween. In collaboration with renowned illustrator Fernando Vicente, they have launched a special edition of their boxes and cups under the concept Bizarre Circus.
Manolo Bakes enters the spooky season in a graphic way with a series of boxes inhabited by the characters of Bizarre Circus by artist Fernando Vicente. The circus becomes here the main source of inspiration to illustrate the terror suspended in the playful. Let the show begin.
Now we launch the special prints of the three main characters: a ringmaster, a trapeze artist and a juggler.
‘What I wanted to express with these characters is that duality between the festive and the dark, something that is very present in my current work. The mistress of ceremonies has a penetrating gaze, the trapeze artist is elegant and ethereal, and the juggler has a playful but disturbing air,’ says Vicente.
This creative collaboration brings the terror of the circus to the national brand with a cast of gloomy characters painted in oil, later digitized, which also reflect the artistic identity of Manolo Bakes.
Now we are launching prints on 310gr Hahnemühle cotton paper.
